3. Certificate of Employment(COE).

The certificate of employment must be maximum 60days upon the date of issuance to be valid, some companies are only 30days  COE maturity. Certificate of Employment(COE)must indicate the Date issued the COE, a regular employee, date hired, Position, Monthly salary and allowances. See the bold words below.
