Bank Reference Information
Bank and Credit reference is a reflection of your credit history that can be a deciding factor to be declined and approved in your loan application. Having a good credit history such as paying balance in time, low credit utilization, high credit card balance, can give a borrower a high credit rating.
Fill up at least one bank account reference, if you are employee put your payroll account .
You can also include other bank accounts if any. Having a lot of bank account with good standing increase your credit rating.
In credit card reference put at least one credit card if you have any. Not declaring a delinquent cancelled credit card may still be detected and can cause your application to be declined. If you have any cancelled credit card before, please coordinate to your bank for settlement or amnesty first.
If you have a a CMAP record better to include credit card clearance in your requirements.
