• Must be a practicing professional for at least three (3) years.

• Credit card account must be in good standing for the last two (2) months with 90 percent of utilization and No past due.

Clear copy of the following documents..

• Unexpired PRC ID
• Latest 6 months bank statement
• Latest full year ITR
• Latest two (2) months credit card statement of account (SOA)
• Credit card(Front)
• Government ID with photo
